  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-demand seasons or promotions, processing times may extend slightly. We’ll keep you informed if there are any expected delays.

    • Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to reach more customers worldwide, so stay tuned!

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect accurately.

    5. Address Accuracy

    • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Joons Eyewear is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
    • If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update the address before the order ships.
